Change Management Strategy & Plan
One of our clients was undertaking a 160-country global HR Transformation Programme underpinned by the implementation of new HR system, the creation of an outsourced Global Shared Service Centre and the move to an outsourced Payroll. They needed help to get the Change Management foundations in place and, on the recommendation of a former client, reached out to us for help.
We formulated the change management strategy and led the organisational design of those elements of the function that would be retained in-house, ensuring these organisational components were seamlessly joined to the outsourced shared service centre. A key component of our work was to run a series of ‘Division of Responsibility’ workshops to architect what work is done locally, what regionally and what globally in the new world across all key HCM processes. We also provided input to the Employee Relations and consultation approach as well as formulating the key competencies that will be required across the HR Function as inputs to the design of the HR Academy. We also built the end to end workstream project plan, resource model and governance, and integrated these into the overarching programme plan.

Services Contract Re-tender
This client needed help to manage the re-tender for one of its critical services and it only had two months before the existing contract expired. We were therefore engaged to very quickly develop business requirements, formulate the business case, manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process and vendor selection, negotiate the contract and develop transition approach and plan. The new provider is in place.

Organisation-wide Transformation
From a standing start this fashion brand had grown to £500m in its first 10 years and had set its sights on further domestic and international growth. But because it had grown so swiftly, its internal business processes were somewhat ad hoc and many of the teams were spending time 'reinventing the wheel'. We were asked to work our way through the organisation from the HR to Finance, Customer Care, Buying, Merchandising, Corporate Sustainability, Production and Marketing departments to review and improve processes, systems, organisational structures and accountabilities and responsibilities. The improvements we delivered have powered a step change in their capabilities.
